Answers to Your Questions

What information will I need to provide?

You’ll just need to provide us with a list of the lunch choices by date for the first 30 days of lunch ordering. We’ll provide a training video to show you how to manage the lunch orders going forward.

May I contact sales during this process?

Yes. Our Gradelink sales reps are available from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm PST every day. We’re happy to help you throughout the process.

Does this system integrate with Gradelink SIS?

Please note that Gradelink’s lunch order system does not currently integrate with Gradelink’s Student Information System (SIS) product. The two systems are completely separate and do not share information with one another.

How long does it take to get set up?

Once you send over your first 30 days of lunch items and any other relevant information, we’ll just need 2-3 business days to get your forms set up.

How much time will my part of the process take?

We’ve made getting your lunch ordering system as simple and intuitive as possible. Sending us your lunch order information should take no more than 5-10 minutes, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Will parents be able to log in and save information?

Parents will need to fill out the order form once for each child and will not be able to save information in the system. Once submitted, the order may only be canceled by a school administrator.
